Gary Steven Groves utilizes fine paper cutouts to arrive at the final compositions for his paintings. He graduated from the San Francisco Art Institute with a BFA in Photography in 1984. He is a painter, photographer, and art dealer who owns and operates a studio in Atlantic Highlands, New Jersey.
